Magazine for the Institute of Art and Design
For my senior capstone project, I decided to create a magazine for the Institute of Art and Design at New England College. It includes all helpful information about the school and the town of Manchester where the campus is located. I wanted this to be a helpful way-finder guide for incoming students to help them navigate around a new place. I did all the design work, gathering of information and took all the photos.
This is my exhibition wall and space. I choose to put up some spreads from my magazine and other photos to show my journey through this project. Each photo has a small description and story of the experiences I got to have. My goal was to draw people into my wall and interest them with the photos to then have them pick up a magazine to see more. The school printed 115 magazines for me to present!
